Mobility, Core and Handstand Progressions

Refresh and inspire your fitness routine with CrossFit trainer Georgia Smith and yoga teacher Stephanie Williams. 

Four 60 minute sessions covering:
*Dynamic movement
*Spinal articulation
*Bodyweight exercises
*Partner work
*Directed stretching
*Slow and focused pace
*Safety and fun!
*Loads of modifications and progressions suitable for you!

You will: 
*Gain body awareness
*Refine form and control
*Increase mobility
*Enhance core engagement
*Break non-serving movement patterns
*Employ breath work to your advantage

Thursdays February 8th, 15th, 22nd, and March 1st at 5:30pm.

$60 for the four classes.
